Refund Policy

All products are custom-made and manufactured according to customer-approved specifications, including dimensions, materials, finishes, and design details. Due to the personalized nature of these items, all sales are considered final.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been completed and delivered.

Manufacturing Defects

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or quality issue, the customer must report it within 15 days of delivery. After inspection and review, we will arrange a repair or replacement where applicable. The decision will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.

Non-Eligible Claims

Refund, replacement, or repair requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The issue is reported after 15 days of delivery
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, negligence, or normal wear and tear
  • The product matches the approved specifications and has no manufacturing defect

Custom Orders

Any product made according to customer-approved specifications is considered a final sale and is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects as outlined above.
