Estimated delivery time is shared with the customer after order confirmation. As all items are made-to-order, production and delivery times may vary.

Delivery Coverage

For deliveries outside Islamabad and Rawalpindi:

• We provide doorstep delivery through our trusted courier and logistics partners.
• Courier partners are responsible only for delivering the product to the specified delivery address.

Installation & Handling

• Labor, installation, fitting, assembly, and room placement services are not included in standard delivery.
• Customers are responsible for arranging installation if required.

Special Delivery Conditions

If the delivery location is a flat, apartment, or building requiring extra labor, lifting, or special handling, customers must inform us before order confirmation. Additional labor charges may apply depending on the size and nature of the furniture.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are advised to ensure accurate delivery details and inspect the product upon delivery. Any concerns should be reported within the specified reporting period mentioned in our policy.
