Welcome to Mughal Homes. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Made-to-Order Furniture
All of our furniture is made to order according to the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase, including dimensions, materials, finishes, and design details.
As each piece is custom-made, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, except in cases where the delivered product does not match the agreed specifications or contains a manufacturing defect.
Product Variations
Many of our products are crafted using natural materials such as solid wood, rattan, stone, and fabric. Slight variations in grain patterns, textures, colors, and finishes are natural characteristics of these materials and should not be considered defects.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary depending on the nature of the product and delivery location.
For deliveries outside Islamabad and Rawalpindi:
- We provide doorstep delivery through our courier and logistics partners.
- Labor, installation, fitting, assembly, and room placement services are not included.
- Courier partners are responsible only for delivering the product to the specified delivery address.
If the delivery location is a flat, apartment, or building that requires additional labor, lifting, or special handling, this must be communicated before the order is finalized. Additional labor charges may apply depending on the size and nature of the furniture.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are advised to inspect their products upon delivery and report any concerns within the specified reporting period.
